1. Services & Appointments

  • All services are provided by trained professionals at our Yorkville locations.
  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.

    • 2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • Certain treatments may require a deposit, which is non-refundable if proper notice is not given.

    • 3. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes.
  • We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.
  • Prices and promotions may change without notice.

    • 4. Gift Cards & Packages

  • Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

    • 5. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy before your service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if it may compromise your health or safety.
  • All tools and equipment are sanitized according to industry standards.

    • 6. Products & Returns

  • Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
  • Opened or used products are non-refundable.

    • 7. Website Use

  • All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Deco De Mode and may not be used without permission.
  • We are not responsible for third-party links or content found on external websites.

    • 8. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive for exceptional results, individual outcomes may vary.
