We kindly ask clients to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us accommodate other guests and maintain smooth booking availability. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
We understand that emergencies happen. If something unexpected arises, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist. Our goal is to respect both your time and that of our beauty professionals.
